Found in Google, quoted by the assistant
Ranking in Google and being cited by AI assistants.
What we usually find
Ranking reports are the easiest artefact in this industry to make look good. You were sent a PDF with green arrows in it every month, and the phone did not ring any more often than it did before.
Meanwhile the questions people actually type before booking — does it hurt, how long does it last, what does it cost, am I a candidate — are answered on somebody else’s site, and increasingly by an assistant that never sends the visitor to a website at all.
The work
What we actually do
Search and generative visibility treated as one job, because they are.
- 01
Fix the pages that answer the pre-booking questions, in the words people use rather than the words the treatment is sold under.
- 02
Local presence: the map listing, the profile, the reviews, the citations — the unglamorous half that decides who gets called first.
- 03
Structure the site so an assistant can quote it accurately, and so being quoted sends a qualified person to you rather than a summary of you.
- 04
Publish only what a clinician would put their own name to. Volume content in a regulated vertical is a liability, not a strategy.
- 05
Report rankings against enquiries, never in isolation.
Proof
One figure, not a wall of them
Multi-year
Client relationships, in a vertical where the agency is typically changed annually. No figure exists for this yet, so this section says the true thing instead of a number.

What happens first
We look at what you currently rank for, what you get cited for, and what those two have to do with the treatments you actually want to sell. They are usually not the same list.
You get that as a written assessment. If the honest answer is that your search position is fine and the problem is the site, we will tell you that instead of selling you retainers.
