What we do with what you send us

Southbank OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia under registry code 17347334, registered office Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia, is the data controller for information submitted through this site. Contact: hello@southbank.ai.

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, clinic name, and optionally your phone number and location, along with the services you selected and the message you wrote.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts. There is nothing here that follows you to another website.

To reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to carry out that work. The lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated.

Your enquiry is sent to us as an email and nowhere else. It is not written to a database, added to a CRM, sold, shared with advertisers, or put on a marketing list. The email is delivered by Resend, a processor acting on our instructions, and received in our own mailbox.

Enquiries that do not become client work are deleted from that mailbox after twelve months. Records relating to client work are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and for six years afterwards, for tax and contractual purposes.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address above and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with how we handle that, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) at aki.ee. If you are in the UK, you may also raise it with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
